Lightpainting with sparkler, Teacandles and LED stripes

in themadcurator •  6 years ago  (edited)

When I started the light painting, it was all about rotation.

Everything that turned was immediately alienated from me. As a base for my setup for this pictures, I have taken a rotatable sushi plate. On this I attached a round curved candlestick and hung different light sources to it. For these pictures I used sparklers, candles, L-Wire, a red back light and some LED stripes.

Here are the results.

About Light Painting:

Light painting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
