    Em tempos difíceis, de conflitos entre os reinos, aqueles que impossibilitados de ir a guerra, eram obrigados a enviar seus filhos adultos em seu lugar. Com o velho ancião não havia sido diferente.

    Logo ele decidiu sem muito pensar enviar um mensageiro para os Alpes, somente assim a sua dor iria passar ou aumentar, dependendo da notícia que o mensageiro a de retornar. Ele apreensivo ficou mais uma vez a esperar…
