I would like to go on a journey into the spellbinding wonders of Science. Lets bring back the age of enlightenment. Be curious. Ask and ask more till you delve so deep into something that it becomes much more intricate and captivating. Never make yourself feel small if you think your question is simple or obvious. I am by no means an expert but I enjoy reading and sharing or questioning some of the unanswered.

What I know:
Picture was taken in Singapore.
It has a shiny blue head with blue spots with black spikes. Striped black and white along its body.
I never seen it before and I do have a video of it moving. Unfortunately, I could not share it here. Better than playing Pokemon on your phone.
