The power of attitude is reflected everywhere. It is present in all the thoughts and perceptions that each of us has created that has formed our individual viewpoints, beliefs, and general outlook on life. A self examination that can lead to possible changing of our attitudes can be a portal to opening doors of opportunity that were previously hidden from us.

Changing our attitudes and the perception of how we see the world changes how we experience life. If we have an attitude that puts a negative slant on the world, we tend to see things cynically, harshly and fearfully. If, on the other hand, we choose to see the world with a positive slant, we notice the good things, are hopeful and solution oriented, and we are friendly, kind and helpful to others.

Our daily attitudes are framed from our perceptions and the pattern of how we think about things. We think about things all day long, which we all know has been called the chattering in our minds. This mind brain chattering starts immediately when we wake in the morning. In fact, noticing and measuring our thoughts first thing in the morning is a pretty good self analysis of the power of attitude in our perception and how we think about things.

If we greet the new day with thankfulness, excitement and joyful anticipation of experiencing this new day, we know that we have a positive attitude or perception of the events for the day. These type of thoughts cause us to smile, feel happy and confident, sing, and go about our daily tasks with joy, purpose, cooperation, determination and creativity.

If we notice that we confront each new day with thoughts of dread, resentment, blame, worry, fear, or anger, we know that our perception is one of a negative nature. This attitude is self defeating and causes us to react to events of the day with bah, humbug thoughts that do not win friends or create solutions. Many people realize that much mind brain chattering is negatively focused, and may have never tried, or may have tried and failed to conquer and redirect the nature of those chattering thoughts. It is easy to feel victimized by these incessant thoughts that are rolling around in our heads if we cannot seem to control them.

A cycle of negative and worrisome thoughts is particularly bothersome, unproductive, and harmful to our well being, happiness and success as we face challenges in life. That is because those negative thoughts tend to color and influence everything else that we do or try to do, such as rest or get a good night's sleep. Our thoughts and attitudes compound and multiply, and how we think affects how we interact with other people in our homes, on the job, in our community, and even on the freeway. How we think leads to our actions that determine our success or failure in all our endeavors.

Changing our thinking and developing empowering attitudes need not be difficult. We can easily change our thinking and develop a positive perception that will enhance our life throughout all experiences and challenges by directly accessing and retraining the source of our thinking with mind brain technology.
