- Gerard Baker, the editor in chief of The Wall Street Journal, has faced unease and frustration in his newsroom over his stewardship of the newspaper’s coverage of President Trump, which some journalists there say has lacked toughness and verve.
Some Journalists Say , in the very first paragraph the example is made of which the editor of the Wall Street Journal is critical of. Some Journalists is a bogus statement made by a cowardly, unethical writer. It's gossip of the lowest order.

- Some staff members expressed similar concerns on Wednesday after Mr. Baker, in a series of blunt late-night emails, criticized his staff over their coverage of Mr. Trump’s Tuesday rally in Phoenix, describing their reporting as overly opinionated.
“Sorry. This is commentary dressed up as news reporting,” Mr. Baker wrote at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday morning to a group of Journal reporters and editors, in response to a draft of the rally article that was intended for the newspaper’s final edition.
Exactly right...again. I don't give a damn what the self styled reporter thinks. I just want to know what happened. That's damn near impossible today. The so called news ....isn't...it's commentary. The media no longer (have they ever) report what happens..they view their mission in life is to "tell us what to think".

NONE of the news media merely report the news. They are to high and mighty for that..they take it upon themselves.
True. I never got to read what did Trump actually say at the rally. Everywhere I only saw comments, very irritated comments and the usual calls for his removal. I guess they were irritated the rally drew such a strong crowd.

that they alter in real time (on TV) what he says and dub in other words that they want.
Trump did NOT make fun of that crippled guy.
they dubbed and altered the video to make it appear that he did.
CGI is pretty impressive today.
