The WillowJon Show, Episode #10, "Habits"

in thewillowjonshow •  7 years ago

On the tenth episode of, The WillowJon Show, we get a glimpse of the boys hitting El Dora for the last day of the spring 2018 season! We have to say thanks to our Dad for sharing with us the habit of joy we've received from 35 years of skiing, and snowboarding and being in the loving arms of Mother Nature. I almost didn't have anyone to feature in this weeks episode and so I had to tell myself, "Get out there and see what happens and who you meet!" I went out with a smile on my face and ran into Joel Arron, a percussionist with a big heart and super rad drum skills. Next I rode up to the hill and bought a bag of, Bang Bites, super tasty gummy treats, from entrepreneur, Justin, and talked with him about establishing positive habits.

Another good topic! Habits are a major part of who we are and we often don't even realize the habits we've become accustomed to. And I think the people in power understand all this much more than the common person does and try to guide our habits. Much of the world is guided off of pure habit, not conscious considering, but just doing it because that's how it was done before. I think the more we look at these kinds of things the better the world will be and our own personal lives as well.
Looking forward to seeing what your topic is next time! Cheers bro.

Thanks brother! It's cool to be creating these videos with the weekly habit started and now I'm writing once a day for 30min-1 hr Habits are hard to change but possible and that's why life is so precious. We have choice and that's what is so cool. Love you brother.

You're welcome! And yeah, those are some awesome habits you're setting up! Writing is extremely important in my opinion. I'm so glad I got interested in it as much as I have. Words are really powerful. And.. Hopefully we have choice! I'm not sure if anyone truly knows if we do or not, but I would like to think we do. I prefer that to a "destiny" sort of approach. In other words, Life would be a lot better as a video game than a movie, one where you interact and not just "watch".. But I don't know.. Some people with a lot of scientists claim there is no free will.. I can't prove them wrong, I don't really know. Interesting to think about though! Love you bro!
