obviously risk of STDs having sex with prostitutes, ( tgirls - originally men who have sex with men mostly)and even other non prostitutes who may have frequent sex in order to get a visa to a more wealthy country.

    yeh HIV/AIDS is a high risk.

    and if girls or tgirls have sex frequently they bring this risk into your encounter with them, even if you just perform oral on a girl or tranny you're still at risk
