WHEN I OPEN MY EYES TO WHEN I GO TO SLEEP” ONE

There is a difference between -caring what others think - and - worrying about it- !
With collegues and workwise thats no different.

This is my #thoughtfuldailypost for saturday......

When you care about what other people think you respect and value their opinion
When you worry about it , you depend on their validation of your worth. So keep caring, i would say ,
And keep treating people like they matter. Just know that you matter too, whether they conform it or not.

And i know believing in yourself is hard in some circumstances, but BELIEVE people BELIEVE !

Workwise for me thats i am always on, connecting the dots, and trying to move on and getting things done.

I D’ONT HAVE A 9-5 JOB ! , I HAVE “ WHEN I OPEN MY EYES TO WHEN I GO TO SLEEP” ONE , and thats why it doesnt matter if it is Monday morning or Saturday like today, there wil always be werk to do.

Try to make the best of it and the best of yourself, as i said,

When you care about what other people think you respect and value their opinion
