Late night thoughts.. consciousness streaming..

Hello, Invisible You. We haven't spoken in awhile. The midnight hour sits beside me. We are enemies but i welcome the company anyway.

There's a loneliness that hangs in the late night hours that is difficult to explain but I'm sure most of you know the feeling of which I speak. I am sitting on the couch, typing into this little magic box and feeling cold from the fan that's blowing on me but I'm too comfortable and unmotivated to get up and turn it off.

Do you ever wonder if maybe everything you think you know for sure to be true in this life is really just mostly a long and twisted series of delusions and misguided good intentions? Perhaps there are no perfect truths. Maybe everything you've been taught is a lie.

Maybe You are a lie. Maybe we are clones from some sick and brilliant scientist's lab. Maybe we escaped and found out own planet and we're rebuilding our lives and our legacies.

Perhaps I am trapped in a dungeon somewhere, or have fallen asleep in a cave again, and this is all a dream.

Maybe you're a dream, too. Maybe your're my sneakiest dream.
