FEAR, CAUSION & PRUDENCE

Fear is a strong, uncontrollable, unpleasant emotion caused by actual or perceived danger or threat.
Caution is a careful attention to the probable effects of an act, in order that failure or harm may be avoided, prudence in regard to danger provident care, wariness

For the person to refused, that means that individual has taking time to think logically, pay careful attention to the environment in question while fear lack that ability to think logically.......
And sometimes when we are scared of something we still end up engaging ourself with it but when caution is in play reverse is d case. my view though,

I wouldn't say fear is totally uncontrollable, it's just that it overwhelms us more often than not. The key is understanding our own emotions.
