Wow... 50 people in front of you. I usually decide that I'll come back at a different time when there's only 10 people in the queue. And those are really expensive vitamin tablets...
I'm working for an IT Consultancy agency and have done my fair share of job interviews. I used to be very nervous and stressed whenever I had one, but that all went away after the first few interviews. I started to realize that the fact that I was invited for an interviews means that they'd found the technical part of the resume good enough for an interview and that it's more about me as a person because that is just as important. I used to be so nervous about "Am I good enough? Can I do it? etc etc" , but you're going so much more relaxed into an interview without all those thoughts. Especially since you're always putting the bar higher than they might demand/expect. I really do believe that practicing those interviews really pays off.
And I'm so bummed that I couldn't go to steemfest. I had to hear all the awesome stories from @guchtere who did go. :(
They are special ones that shouldn't react with our daughter's allergies.
Here I think a lot of people haven't actually done many and then the 'practice' they do is trying to learn the technicals.
It was a lot of fun. Next time =)
