You're right - you can't know for sure who has read your online post....

unless they comment ;)

Sometimes you can find a very supportive community - even online! :) I've gotten involved in some great communities and have developed amazing friendships in there too! An online community can be less intimidating to share your feelings with - for people who are very shy!
