I feel as though some folks don't get that employment for everyone is different.
They believe because its easy for THEM to get a job they think eveyone elses situation
is the same. The first scene of the skit, to me, implies you just walk into a place as
for a job and its yours. But its applying, having to stand out from 100s of people
wanting the same job. Some people are limited as to the jobs they can do due to
the distance if they pay for Uber and busses only go so far.
Some folks struggle to get an interview. If they're lucky and get the interview,
the hiring manager may
use the 'not enough experience' excuse when you can train them to gain experience.
The interview version of the skit; only experience some can gain, (like if they held fundraisers
for their school) not all employers
count it.
I probably epically failed this, but it's hard to say what struggle to showcase since everyone
has a different experience.
Also note: this video was done in 2019. the reason it matters is because
during this time, I was limited on equipment to make better videos.
