I don't think that we are in bear market now! The price of Bitcoin has "tripled" from the lows. How can this be a Bear Market? Yes the alts have been thrashed in this cycle. That is what will happen when the market matures. None of the altcoins have completely proven their value so when the market grows high in value only proven projects will grow in value and that is healthy for the market too. So we are not in a bear market . The Bull market has already begun!

Absolutely! What's more, I can add that I've been asking around different forums and message boards as well as on Reddit and most people believe that by the end of the year we will see at least 15k for BTC price if not reach the ATH again. So, the general mood of the community is very positive right now, based on nearly hundreds of replies.
And when BTC pumps we know that most alts follow it in the green, so the future is looking bright.
