Emotions are a huge part of who we are, yet they are also one of the least understood parts of us. It is accurate to say that they may be the ‘final frontier’ of human understanding. So much of us is currently unconscious that we can compare us to an iceberg, with the people we believe ourselves to be actually being represented by the tip of the iceberg that can be seen above the waterline.
Once we learn emotional intelligence we free our mind and soul to more easily achieve goals and reduce stress. Success!

Yeah you're definitely right, non judgment thinking is necessary to understand one's emotion. I do think sometimes we mostly make decisions based on sentiments, that is how a particular state of emotion tend to appeal to us. In other words, emotions us more weaker than strong. Because to remain unbaised and objective, there is need for that clearer minct free of emotions. Because when this is so we are More culpable to strength other than failure.

Different people have different biases. Some are so biased away from emotions that they are cold and lack the insight they need from the emotional guidance. Others are so focused into emotion and reject logic that they lack the detail needed mentally to understand their experiences. We need to balance thought and emotion in the heart, that's the secret to ultimate success <3

Emotions are our source of power, without emotions we die and become very weak.

emotional intelligence is difficult... it requires you to do many things... and it's almost unachievable (to many)

'emotional intelligence is difficult' is a judgement that you can release to get a closer understanding of how to make it easier ;)
feeling is the way to learn here and part of the challenge is the massive over-reliance on thinking. as an analogy, if you want to improve your microscopic hearing as a sound engineer, it can help to close your eyes. if you want to improve understanding of feeling, then you need to reduce your reliance on thinking. that doesn't mean to totally stop thought, but to allow feeling to fill in some of the gaps that the thinking tries to fill in.
