Last week I wrote about an old school thrift store / op shop.

It is only open on Thursdays.

Run in a church hall, by volunteers.

So I wish to create a homage.

To this fabulous relic from the past. No inflated prices, a community focussed initiative.
I will feature every Thursday, some treasure that may have no doubt otherwise become land fill.

This little stash of mostly costume jewellery was all bought second hand.

Occasionally I have found a little piece of silver, a semi-precious stone or a vintage brooch.

It isn't about value, it's about the find.

A unique piece with its own story and secrets that it will hold forever.
