Thursday is for mobility!
Trying to make mobilise shoulders and hip joints since they have been really stiff throughout my life.
Did 3 sets of
20 shoulder passthroughs
10 rotating lunges
10 all fours to downward dog
20 squat dynamic stretch
Mobility is really important for me now since its the one thing i have been neglecting. Strength and flexibility is useless without good mobility.
