Do they feed/sedate tigers before people are allowed to get close to them & how dangerous is it really?

    No, the tigers were actually completely awake. I'm going to write a post about it with more pictures, probably tomorrow. It was pretty dangerous. There were three in the cage and two guys with sticks that had pieces of raw chicken on them, so when the tigers would turn toward anyone in their they stick the chicken in front of their nose and guide them away.
