You already know that laughing is healthy, but, did you know what are the benefits for your body and you psychological state?

A good laugh relaxes all the muscles of the body and triggers the production of "good" hormones that have only positive effects on the human body.

The benefits of a good laugh:

  • relaxes the muscles
  • decreases the stress hormone production
  • increases the production of endorphins (also known as happiness hormones)
  • relieves you from anxiety and stress
  • brings optimism and a better mood
  • helps you make friends and strengthen ties with those around you
  • improves memory
  • improves the immune system
  • helps you develop creativity and abilities to solve problems
  • relieves you from depression

Do you want to be more attractive?

Laughter makes men look more attractive, which is why women prefer funny men. Also, laughter increases the level of trust that a person exudes it.

Failures and disappointments are inevitable, and the ability to see things from a funny perspective is associated with a greater resilience.
