Well, I agree that people should bring more plants into their homes, especially if you are stuck in a small office-type room that gets bad air fast :) However, just go outside every now and then, it really does wonders for our mental health.

Totally, just getting some real fresh air is easier and more effective than stuffing your room with plants :D
