Noong tayo ay ipinanganak, wala tayong kayang gawin mag-isa.
Ang lahat ay dahil sa tulong at pag-aalaga nila.
Doon pa lang, tayo ay maswerte na!
Dahil pinalaki, inaruga at minahal ka.
Ngunit madalas nilang sinasabi na tayong mga anak ang biyaya sa kanila.
Pero ikaw, naiisip mo ba?
Ano na ba ang mga nagawa mo para sa kanila?
Sa tingin mo, ito ba ay sapat na?
Wala tayong kayang ibayad sa lahat ng sakripisyo nila.
Kahit gaano pa kalaking pera, wala itong katumbas na halaga.
Kaya nga ang utos ng Dios ay mahalin at respetuhin natin sila.
Nang sa gayun ay makabayad ka.
Simple lang naman, diba?
Simple nga pero minsan palpak ka pa.
Hindi maiwasan, hindi man sinasadya, nasasaktan natin sila.
Pagkatapos humingi ng tawad, mamaya, ok na sa kanila.
Ngunit paulit-ulit mang sila ay masaktan,
Pagkukulang ma'y di na natin mabilang,
Pasasalamat sa Dios ay walang hanggan
Sapagkat hanggang ngayo'y lagi pa rin silang nariyan.
Maraming salamat po, aking ama at ina.
Ang pagsasama ninyo nawa ay laging gabayan at samahan,
At huwag magwakas ang inyong pagmamahalan!
Hanggang sa aking huling hininga, kailanma'y di kayo tatalikuran.
Lagi po sana ninyong pakatatandaan,
Ang inyong anak na patuloy na sa inyo'y magmamahal,
Ryssa ang pangalan.
Let's all not take for granted the love and care that our parents give us.

To show ownership to those photos..like it's ok to use photos from the internet but the owners need to be acknowledge as an appreciation. Kaya meron disclaimers when using other's to prevent plagiarism.
So camera or cel camera info's need to be used. A lot of people are plagiarising with their posts, so the platform are very anal with them..
in the future, no one can claim that it's their pictures and they were not acknowledged.
