The twice-a-year clock change for Daylight Saving Time needs to stop. Why do we allow ourselves to be subjected to this mandatory 1-hour jet lag? There isn't much solid evidence of any benefit, and ample evidence it causes harm. It's also maliciously inconvenient to be subjected to this circadian rhythm disruption.

If North Korea, Russia, or any other outside agency hacked our clocks to change the time everywhere and disrupt schedules for everyone, we would probably consider it an act of war. Hmm. . .

Man I have been saying this for a few years now. Just because it was done in the past doesn't mean it makes sense to do it now!

The inertia of tradition is a scary thing.
