Time! We are ticking clocks! Find out the secrets of Time!

We should find time to discuss the topic of time itself, because a Human Being is a ticking clock, a human being is time in itself, we are few decades of time, every day that passes by our lives get shorter, death ends everything, death ends our time, and nobody knows how much time they have, and the true success and her in life is to work in this limited time that passes by quickly that will benefit you after time has passed by, the past is the past, and the future is unknown, you don’t own the past as it has already passed and talking about the past is a waste of time as you will not be able to return to it, what passed has passed. How many human beings had great hopes and goals? And discussed plans for 10 20 30 years yet have passed away the same day. What you own is the hour that your living in, the world is an hour, live it correctly, seek the truth, do well, help people, read a book, educate yourself on what is the secret of life and how we got here and where we are going and to whom do we belong?
This is why time management is very important and I have been working past 10 years on it as it is one of the most important topics, I have been also teaching & giving workshops on time Management.
Time cannot be bought or sold, you cannot save it or carry it forward or borrow it, you can only spend it, so you have to ask yourself how do you spend your time and what is your personal mission statement for life in order to manage your time.
The truth though is that we cannot manage time itself, but we can manage how we spend the time that we are given in this life, I could be very productive in 24 hours or very useless.

  1. Setting goals & Rewards
  2. Prioritize your tasks
  3. Learn to delegate
  4. Start with small tweaks in your schedule
  5. Set Clear Deadlines
  6. Plan your meals ahead
  7. Say no to Multi-Tasking
  8. Link your actions to your goals (Daily schedule to evaluate what you are doing compared to set goals )
  9. Block out things that can distract you
  10. Schedule your day ahead of time
  11. Take breaks, Unwind before you sleep
  12. Learn how to say no.
  13. Don’t get lost in the details
  14. Try not to be over whelmed - Stay Focused
  15. Keep your Inspiration & Motivation
