Timelapse of faux marble

Here is one of about 24 timelapse recordings of myself painting some thin timber sheets as faux marble tiles for a film production. They are all on youtube currently should you wish to view more. They dry slightly different to what is seen in the footage, as they are very wet at the time (as you might see from the reflection from the sky light above once the fluid on the surface builds up.

Speed was the name of the game in this case, because of our deadlines. This was the first time I had painted marble in this way and it was quite a fun week in which 54 were made... plus 3 flights of steps and some columns the following week!

Here is a 'not so good' snapshot of the finished result in place. I haven't worked out how to resize images here yet.
