A lot of us in these world are overproductive or underproductive, many have no time to speak to each other ans they even give time to their family, they work in their respective job full time and over time so that they can generate income.

The people who are always scurry the task and always checking email s, making calls texting message to other and ldo lots of hard work and ' staying busy ' always , they think they are more successful .

While this belief may be true to the extend that hard work means success, but smart work is way.mych better than hard work.

Always keep in that working samrter is better than harder.

Complete most important task first:

These is the most important and a golden rule to time management, each and every day think about 4 to 5 task which are very most important task and do it with your time is set.

The best way is that you do these task completely and the day is gone to success and be happy and patient with each task

Learn to say 'no':

We oftenly make lot of commitment s and it can juggle us and teach us that we have to commit our task, various engagement and effective time. The best part is that to say no.

Therefore, you need to take these opportunities and make it to some point of time. And remember each have to take task of what you are capable of in and which makes you feel to complete and take care of it properly.

Devote your entire focus to the task at hand:

Close all other work and windows PC and keep aside the cell phone keep it in silent , sit on a silent place and do the work properly and concentrate on your work in order to remain focus on your work .

You need to meditate and calm in all your you have taken and listen to music it oftenly make you feel more and more productive and will remain fresh.

Get an early start:

So oftenly we fall in these procastinate that we are feel very lazy to work,in order to start your task and be more productive you need get up early do all the things you need to do.

Getting up early in the morning is the best you need to do that the better the task is the best result you get.

Turn key tasks into habits:

Writing is a regular task for me. I have to write all the time — for school, work, my student organization, my blog, etc. I probably write 5,000 – 7,000 words per week.

The amount of writing I do may seem like a lot to most people, but it’s very manageable for me, because it’s habitual. I’ve made it a point to write something every day for a long time.

Leave a buffer-time between tasks:

When we rush from task to task, it’s difficult to appreciate what we’re doing and to stay focused and motivated.

Allowing ourselves down-time between tasks can be a breath of fresh air for our brains. While taking a break, go for a short walk, meditate, or perform some other mind-clearing exercise.
