Working on my Podcast

This week, I am terribly late in publishing my podcast episode. I blame it on Steemit :) It is too much fun to play here instead of cutting out the "ahms" and "oohms" and "you knows" over and over and over again. (I am to blame for the "you knows". I can't believe how many of those I slip into an otherwise perfectly fine sentence!! Arghhhhhhh!!)

And I am also blaming it on my anti-stress program. I tend to ask a lot of myself and set myself deadlines which are hard to meet. Then, I push myself to meet them. The new me is okay with not meeting those deadlines. It is not really a new me, I just forget at times that I was given a good lesson on that subject a while ago.

That lesson was cancer. And I had promised myself to stop being so darn responsible. To give myself a break. Or many of them. Sometimes, I forget that and get back into my old and evil ways of trying to get lots of things done and meeting those self-imposed deadlines - no matter the cost.

All that taking the nose off the grindstone means that it is Friday night and I am still working on the blog post to go with this week's episode about a move to a tiny house.

Emily Gerde, my guest, managed to get HGTV to film the build. As I was fetching the link to add to my blog, I thought that I want to share this with you all.

Expect the podcast by tomorrow morning :)
