  1. To smile
    "When you smile, your mood-boosting hormones are released into your brain, so even if you're not happy, a smile can make you feel more positive."
  2. Busy
    "Whether you're cleaning up your garden, washing dishes, or going for a walk, you can do anything that helps you break through your daily routine and give you a sense of accomplishment."
  3. Talk to someone

“When you meet face-to-face, talk on the phone, chat online, or use Skype, you can connect with others and get out of your shell.”

    "Surveys show that helping others can help boost your spirit. So please benefit your friends, donate to charity, or volunteer.
  2. Live at that moment
    "If you're feeling depressed, adjust your breathing and pay attention to what you can see, hear, and feel at the moment. This will help you calm down and restore your emotional balance. . "
