The only way to clean the body's dirt and freshness is to take a shower. To be healthy or to be clean, it is necessary to take bath everyday. But it is said that doing 'excessive universal work' means doing more than the limits can be detrimental.

So even though you love to take a bath, but you should avoid staying in the water for a long time. Due to delay the body moisture is reduced due to bathing. If possible, settle for a bath in ten to fifteen minutes.

Many people bath with hot water not just in winter but in summer also. However, it should be taken into account that due to the hot water on the stove, there is fear of lowering of natural oil. So take bath with light lukewarm water if possible.

This belief is common that the soap which form more foam than is best to clean the body. The truth is that this thinking is absolutely wrong. According to skin experts, we should use soap which forms less foam and has natural fragrance.

The use of more soap makes your skin dry, but use soap in the most oily parts of the body, such as armpits, face,genital parts etc.

If you use Loofah or body puff while bathing, then do not use them for long. Avoid washing hair daily. If you are in a growing age then use sulfate free shampoo. Do not forget to moisturize the skin after bathing.
