Minnows Add Value Add Value Add Value Add Value Add Value......Lets Make Steemit Big

Did you join Steemit with the allure of making easy money by just posting,commenting and replying? Read on

I know most of us came here after hearing a sound bite related to the above statement(make money by just posting and commenting!).

There are people who joined Steemit after a friend told them they can easily earn money by just posting or commenting.
It is actually true you can earn money by posting and commenting on Steemit.

There is always something big they forgot to tell you about Steemit. This is the most important thing you must here now.
Steemit is a community of great minds.

Steemit is not like Facebook where you post anything you feel like and people like and comment.
In Steemit you are rewarded for the value you bring to the community.

You might now be saying,what is that value is should bring to the community?
You are right to ask that question.

I have been on extensive reading and all the core of the information a minnow has to do to grow here on Steemit is being authentic and bring value.

What do you have to offer to the table.
I have followed deligently these series of post by @cryptoctopus.

He talks of things he would do as a minnow(starter) to grow in this awesome community.
The most important strategy i learnt is this,add value add value.
There are many other things he talked about which you find by reading his whole blogpost.

Adding value separates you from the crowd.He had this to say below.

Find a project that you find compelling, that is backed by serious power users of the community and get involved. The idea is that you must be more than just "another minnow". Everyone has a skill that can be used in projects. If you can't find a project then maybe you need to find a problem that you can solve and start your own.

Another power user here @stellabelle affirmed the same thing today.
She said we should take the Steemit opportunity serious because we are using our minds to mine Steem.
She had to say this today.

The deeper your mind goes and the more lives you touch with your influence, the more Steem (in theory) you mine. It's not a perfect system! But look at how some minnows have stood out and really made their mark on Planet Steem:

This also talks about adding value to the community.
If you add value to the community,you will reap back in abundance.
The law of nature applies here too.

You get what you put in

There is no shortcut on Steemit folks.
Now some of you might be asking how i am adding value.
I am doing all my best to add my fellow countrymen(Ugandans) to this awesome community.

If you add value you will make it in this wonderful community.
