  1. Change for yourself, not for someone else. Changes are good for you if you make them because other people will most likely disappear when that person is gone in your life (not death).
  2. Plant the thought, "Force if it's better." because it can push you to move.
  3. Start by pretending, such as pretending to read, pretending to play sports, pretending to study, and other pretending and keep doing it consistently until the pretense becomes a habit. Because pretending is easier than serious intentions.
  4. The concept of 5 counts, when you want to do something like take a shower or exercise, then count backwards from 5 to 1 then immediately do what you want to do, more than 5 counts your brain will find reasons to delay or even cancel your wish.
  5. Sleep early, don't stay up late just to surf social media. It's just a waste of your time and health.
  6. Get up early and don't sleep again. Get up around 4 or 5 to start the day so that your body and mind feel refreshed.
  7. Exercise at least 2 times a week, the more the better. Do light exercise such as sit ups and push ups, it doesn't need much, 10 times/day but done consistently will reduce feeling lazy.
  8. List the things you want to do today and do it..
  9. A strong desire to change on the basis of oneself, not because of other people.
  10. Consistent doing productive things, whatever it is.
  11. Patience, making life productive and not lazy requires a process and it takes time to become a habit for at least 90 days or 3 months.

For you, the spirit is changing for the better, you can do it.
