As a student’s responsibility is to study, I also know that I should study every day, but I’m really tired recently. It may be physical or psychological. In short, I don’t want to study and I don’t know myself. What should I do, I feel very confused, and my friends often give me guidance, but I don’t think what they say makes sense. Maybe this is fate. I’m in a period of confusion. Thinking, I am looking for my own path.

In the recent long time. I did nothing. It feels related to sleep. Compared with the previous semester, the quality of sleep has deteriorated, which directly leads to difficulty in getting up early and lack of energy during the day. I really admire those high school students who sleep very little and have to study for so long every day. I don't know how many brain cells died. Sure enough, high school is the pinnacle of textbook learning.

Therefore, it is best to have a little faith, but this university is difficult to find, it is all the same confusion, all the same, I don't know where to go.

One day I slept well, and I was sleepy again during the day. I must start with sleep to solve this fundamental problem.

I slept for about five hours that day. Because I slept well, I woke up naturally in the morning.

I got up very early and my mental condition improved significantly during the day. After comparing before and after, I found that I did about half an hour of exercise that day, while the previous exercise was one to two hours, and I slept all night. I think I need moderate exercise. Therefore, adjust it and exercise for about half an hour every night. Sure enough, the effect is very obvious.

In addition, I think my sheets should also be changed. I have been using this bed sheet since graduating from junior high school. I found that I fell asleep a few days ago, but instead of sleeping very well, I can change to a soft bed sheet.

The habit of sleeping with dolls has not changed over the years. I took five small dolls home and bought a big doll, and I hugged them to sleep.

The pillow is too flat and it feels a little low when I fall asleep. So I bought another pillow so that my sleep became better. I believe that by treating insomnia well, I will definitely become more active. My condition is getting better and better.
