Zong Haidan: Token Economy Helps Companies Solve Existing Problems

On September 14, 2018, the first enterprise token incubator camp of the Institute of Token Economy was officially opened in Shenzhen Kexing Science Park. At the meeting, Zong Haidan, Deputy Secretary-General of WBTO, gave a speech on "Why is the real economy transforming into the blockchain".

Zong Haidan said that the blockchain is a new tool that can empower the real economy, provide new management models and the advantages of globalization. Among them, the token economy can solve the existing problems of entity enterprises, help them reduce the cost of customers attraction, increase customer loyalty, motivate employees and partners, as well as upstream and downstream related industries, expand financing channels, and increase corporate value. Zong Haidan proposed that the transformation of the real economy into blockchain should focus on ideological changing, interest distribution changing, team formation changing and continuous learning and growth, these four key points. In class, she combined with relevant cases to analyze some of the fast-changing enterprises, and believe that the Internet industry, industries with a large amount of C-end users, and monopolistic industries have more advantages in transformation.
