I was attracted to reading more about @BuildTeam when I saw a post created by them on merchandising splinterlands-branded products and sought to discover how much value they are bringing to the Steem blockchain.
So far BuildTeam are Blockchain Innovators who have been involved in the building of Steem Account Creation Apps such as @Steem.ninja @quicksteem @steemmonsters and other Steem DApps such as @Dlease @tokenbb @minnowbooster @Steemvoter @ginabot among many others.
Of apt concern to me at this material time is the @tokenbb which is an incentivized forums powered by Steem blockchain rewards.
Tokenbb.io offers an Instant Monetization on participation in forum activities. The platform helps you to set up a forum where you can customize your content needs. Access to such forums can be granted via facebook, google plus, steemconnect, among others thereby breaking the blockchain entry barriers.
On reading through the requirements, I decided to create a forum "writeandearn.tokenbb.io" to be able to collect friends and others interested in what we do and plan to do on the steem blockchain so we can forge ahead while participants earn tokens.
The creation of the forum took not more than 30 minutes from when I initiated the process. Many thanks to @reggaemuffin for the awesome guide today. Below are a screenshot of the operations that marked the forum creation.

@writeandearn foundation is a writing-curation and support initiative that wishes to make the creative contents of the Steem blockchain tangible for offline readers in libraries, bookshops and reading clubs. @writeandearn seeks to give a tangible future for passionate writers.
The problem which motivated the creation of @Writeandearn is that though the blockchain surges amazing creativity and support for writers, many of writers are yet to reach some target audience who have need for their content but are not using the blockchain technology. To these set, printed works are best!
Having identified this problem, @writeandearn seeks to facilitate the printing (for offline reading and shelving in libraries), creative writes and arts (with author’s permission) for offline audience. This initiative will take STEEM and STEEM TECHNOLOGY to the readers and libraries in Nigeria, Africa.
I hope to bring bring more information on the coming days.
