I was always missing a beach around Tokyo. Tokyo is located at the Tokyo bay, which is a part of the Pacific Ocean. So I was thinking: where the heck is the beach the people go to in a warm summer night after work?
Finally I‘he found something which is almost a beach. It‘s a beach on an artificial island at Daiba, the Odaiba Beach. There are no waves as the island is at a smaller bay whichbis connected to the Tokyo bay. But it has nice and clean sand, a good infrastructure (shopping center nearby, little food places around, you get water, beer and ice cream.
People are decent and easygoing. At night time everyone is having a picknick, chatting laughing drinking :)
very beautifull place
