Banes a big dude.
I imagine you’d want to be shredded while being that big.
Well, this is going to take two first steps.
Get to a low body fat %. 10–12%.
You’re going to have to have more re-feed days each week to boost your overall caloric count for the week.
You’ll need a great workout routine, and you’ll need a good bulking plan.
“How I should eat?” You should eat high protein, high carbs. Once you’re at the right body fat %, the calories will be optimized most by your broken down muscles.
“What exercises to do and when to do them?” Strength training, 4x a week. Nights are best, but really, consistency is key.
Rest more, no cardio, or HIIT. You have an intense workout, then rest for one complete day at least. You grow when you rest, not when you workout.
You can hit the weights hard consistently, but if you’re not fueling the muscles properly, they won’t grow. You don't grow inside the gym, you grow by being disciplined outside of the gym with proper nutrition, rest, sleep, and recovery.
Yes, it’s beneficial to lift properly and tax the muscle as much as possible, but without having all these factors into play, the results won't come.
To build muscle you will need to be consistently in a “caloric surplus” (taking in more calories than you are burning) for an extended period of time.
To be in a surplus you’ll need to be taking in at least 500 calories more than you’re burning.
