Maybe he has a hidden interest in Miss Columbia more than the rightful winner of the contest (Miss Philippine) is what no one but him can explain. All we could see was that Harvey announced Miss Columbia the winner of the contest in 2015 rather than the owner of the crown Pia Wurtzbach. This moment stir a lot of comments, gifs and social media arguments. Although Harvey eventually came out to explain how embarrassed he was by the incidence, he stressed that he wished others have also taken responsibility of the mishap as well because the announcement was made exactly as it was rehearsed. Could this mean they already have a winner in mind???

Trust me, you wouldn’t get away with what ordinary people would as a star. Lindsey Evans got people talking because she skipped a $46 restaurant bill after deciding to dine with her friend after being announced the third runner up of the 2008 Miss Teen USA pageant. Lindsey was identified by the police via her purse she left behind. She was also accused of being in possession of some drugs.

Laura Zuniga was also arrested in 2008 and charged with racketeering, drug trafficking, money laundering and drugs. She was caught in the company of her boyfriend with a 9mm pistol, semiautomatic rifle and cash in the region of $53000 in her car. Her crown was taken away from her but she was later released when a judge found no evidence of crime against her.

You just said that is impossible but it is a possibility with Nia Sanchez. This happened when she was fighting the rumor that she wasn’t actually from Nevada, the state she was flying her flag on the Miss USA contest which she won. She appeared shortly on Todd Show and was asked to name the capital of Nevada…. Unfortunately, she couldn’t do it. Matters got worse when sources told news outlet that Nia had never actually being to Nevada but made up papers for her to compete with the state’s name.

This date as far back as 1957 but it came down as one of those times in history. She was crowned Miss USA and got dethroned in less than a day later. That was done because judges detected she had lied about most of the details penned on her biographical data including how old she is. She had claimed 21 while was only 18 and had given birth to two kids.

Just this year, Genesis Davila was made to give up her Miss Florida title after it was confirmed that she had violated lots of pageantry rules, especially the rule that violates contestants from using professional stylist and artists. She immediately filed a case against the pageant claiming that all that have been peddled around her are deliberate lies.

Most beauty pageant are rocked with the wrong cases of drinking, drug use and sex. Tara Conner went viral wrongly for these shortly after winning the 2006 Miss USA competition. She was tested and found positive for cocaine few months after the contest. She was fortunate not to have been stripped off of her title as she was instead given an option to keep it in the rehab which she gladly did.
When Caitlin Upton gave a viral answer to why.

A question meant to provoke and answer discussions of education, Caitin Upton, a contestant for the Miss Teen USA struggled to understand the question not to talk of answering it correctly. She gave a very wrong answer to it, stating that she feels a lot of Americans can’t find their country on the map because many of them don’t have maps. She got involved with cyber bullying afterwards to the point of contemplating suicide. People never really remembered everyone messes up one time or the other and that it isn’t okay to bully her for such mistakes.

A selfie wouldn’t ordinarily cause so much controversy but Miss Lebanon Saly Greige faced the hard knock from her own country’s government for taking a selfie with an Isreali (Doron Matalon). It was said that Lebanese are not allowed to associate with Isrealis, and a selfie seems fraternization. Maybe promoting global peace and unity isn’t part of pageantry goals anymore.

1984 is probably not a good year for Vanessa Williams. The first black Miss America was forced to early resignation of her reign as Miss America. This occurred when penthouse threatened to release nude pictures of her taken two years earlier. Vanessa became the winner of the situation. Although she had to resign her reign but she went on to become a huge celebrity in TV shows, earning both Grammy and Tony nominations. She never allowed the moment to ruin her.
