Is there anyway for me to get this working for bitcoin?

I need to keep checking the price for bitcoin but need to exclude the chinese and korean prices as they cause major inflation.

I would be willing to pay you in STEEM OR STEEM DOLLAR for such a thing.

Can you confirm what language this script was in - looks like delphi if im correct?

Kinda not used that for a few years so any help getting started would be appreciated.
