Morpheus is having a trial in Pheonix Arizona

Morpheus Titania, a known phoenix libertarian has been sitting in jail for more than 300 days for trading bitcoins on LocalBitcoin.com.

Like most people I tough "what an idiot for getting caught" but after reading the raw criminal complaint a total different pattern emerged and I discovered a total different person. Anyone looking at his mug shot would believe he is a total psycho.

The first thing I discovered is that Morpheus was actually the seventh person from localbitcoin.org being arrested. This is after Espinoza, Lord, Klein, Petix, Manzy, Wagner and all the decision came down to the belief by the lawyers that bitcoin was money.

I started digging into the transcript of how Bitcoin became Money in the eye of the court and that is where the story took a turn for the ridiculous where technical reality was replaced by mystical thinking. It would almost be accused of caused to have crash into an airplane at 5000 feet with a regular car incapable of flying.

Because it's computer code, noone had any issues with bitcoin being money except for those who study it (more on that later.)

What I discovered was that Morpheus was not the psycho the Department of Justice made paint him but actually a person who just want to live his life peacefully respecting other people's privacy. Nothing wrong with that, isn't it?
