Move It, Mama!

When you are pregnant 🤰, your center of gravity shifts and your low back gets that extra arch to compensate for all the extra weight in the front. The same shift happens when you carry your baby in your arms. Then one day that back pain kicks in😱.

Here is an exercise that helps relax those low back muscles and takes off the pressure 👌🏼 ✨ Stand with your back to the wall, bend the knees slightly, and rotate your pelvis forward, so that your back is flat against the wall. Hold this for one minute. ✨ Now, if you want an extra challenge, move lower into a 'chair' position. This will also strengthen your thighs and glutes.

Try it! Its fun 😁
