The air fryer turkey burger is the perfect answer to your desire for a juicy, delicious, healthier hamburger. Roasted outside, moist and tender inside, it’s an ideal hamburger!
Air frying is fast, delicious, and usually a healthier way of cooking, you must give it a try!
Toshiba air fryer hamburgers shook my world! The air fryer uses circulating air to create a paradise shell while making the interior juicy and moist. This is heaven. Usually, the average poultry dries quickly before it has a chance to finish internally. The air fryer changed that. Force the air to turn brown and crispy, just like an oven, but faster, allowing the inside to cook and stay juicy. All this is achieved by adding the least amount of oil or fat!
These turkey burgers are perfect for the main meal. Put tomatoes, lettuce, kimchi, and all your favorite things on your hamburger, and enjoy them on your favorite bread! Go with some homemade air fries or sweet potato fries. Add some Toshiba air fryer Brussels sprouts and you will have a complete air fryer meal! In addition, using an air fryer means you don’t have to heat the grill when it’s cold outside!
With only 4 ingredients, these burgers can’t get much easier. Feel free to add more spices to your turkey burgers to vary the flavor as desired. You can find ground turkey next to ground beef in your local grocery store. Check out the recipe card at the bottom of the post for exact ingredient measurements.
Ground Turkey: Ground chicken or ground beef can also be used.
Garlic: The garlic should be minced finely to blend in nicely with the burgers.
Salt and Pepper: Use these to flavor your burger as desired.
Worcestershire Sauce: Adds incredible umami flavor to the burgers
Toppings: Sprouts, butter lettuce, and sliced tomato.
Making Turkey Burgers in the Toshiba Air Fryer
Using fresh ground turkey in your burgers will make them easier to shape than frozen ground turkey. Air frying them is going to give them that crusty outside and tender and juicy inside.
1. Mix: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the turkey, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Shape: Shape into four patties, keeping them ½ inch thick because they will shrink.
3. Fry: Add two patties to the basket and cook at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes. Then, flip the patties and continue to cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked throughout. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the burgers are done.
The magic technique of Toshiba air frying turkey burgers.
There won’t be too many problems with turkey burgers, but remember some tips to make sure you get a delicious hamburger.
Check for ripeness: Because all air fryers are different, remember to judge whether your hamburger is cooked by temperature, not by time. Check the manual of the air fryer to determine the best cooking time and adjust it as needed. The turkey burger was ready when it reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sticky: Sometimes your turkey is sticky and difficult to shape. If this happens, use parchment to help form them. You can also refrigerate or freeze the meat for a while to make it stronger.
Turf: To prevent the hamburger from shrinking too tight, press your thumb to the middle to form a turf.
Turkey: Any turkey can be used to make hamburgers. I usually use lean turkey with 97Compact 3 or 85lap15.
