lake Aguelmame Azegza
Aguelmame Azegza or "the green lake" in Berber, is a natural jewel, about 30 km from Khenifra - Morocco and at an altitude of around 1500 m. The lake is surrounded by limestone reliefs, covered with a predominant forest of cedars and oaks, its situation in the middle Atlas cedar gives it a wonderful beauty. In its clear waters littered with aquatic weeds, the lake is populated by pike, perch carp and roach. Its aquatic fauna is the duck and the hen of water. The perfect place for hiking enthusiasts and nature lovers.
Lake Tiguelmamine
Lake Tiguelmamine is located in the heart of the Middle Atlas, 40 kilometers from the city of Khénifra - morocco and 1630 meters above sea level. Classified as National Heritage, this natural pond is in the middle of a vast flat-bottomed depression, covered with basalts and fine deposits. The tranquility and purity of the site make it a perfect place to enjoy, alone or accompanied, nature in its purest state.
Lake Ouiouane
Located in the rural town of El Hammam, 68 km from khénifra - Morocco, Lake Ouiouane is considered one of the tourist flags of the Middle Atlas. At 1600 m altitude, this lake is fed by natural springs and a small tributary. It is rich in fish such as pike, perch, carp, and roach. With its abundant greenery in winter and its superb stratosphere populated by cedars, firs and holm oaks, the Ouiouane Lake retains today a dense and severe beauty. A wonderful site to enjoy nature and one of the most relaxing activities: fishing.
The sources Oum Rabie
The sources Oum Rabie are one of the most prestigious tourist places of the Middle Atlas. Formed of a set of very high flow sources that spring under large blocks of limestone. This set of springs that exceed twenty are spread over the two banks of the river Oum Rabie on a course of over 300 meters. All dominated by majestic cliffs and a splendid waterfall. True green islands, which magnetizes you and gives you the true joy of living. Huts are arranged to welcome you as well as a parking area.
