Left Running - This poem about a journey in time, written in a symbolic and somewhat cryptic fashion, yet it is as if the the Poet is living deep inside of time itself and projecting living life slowly, moment by moment yet being mindful of the whole of life which is indicated by the poems resolve as it closes.

The verse from Left Running, that touched my heart the most were:

"With one faith
the confidence I planted
In this soul, in this body
Everything will be fine in time."

Dreams- It is a joy to visit this blog. @funnystuff has made her blog and her post unique with many cute emojis. The artist took a subject that almost all of us engage in and magnified it, taking the reader on a journey to a place or expanse far, far away. Also the pics were great. I sooo much want the cat. :)

The verse that made me smile were:

Chasing Ruins To Build A Past That Won't Be Mine- This was a tough one, yet this poignant piece of art found its way into my heart.
What I admire most about @symbiose is having the courage to talk about a situation that wasn't all sunny days and roses. Sometimes life is hard and messy and sometimes we cry all night , we loose love, communication is misunderstood and yet through it all there is/was something there that kept us clinging fighting and holding on until we stopped.

And its sad to say but sometimes our mission, our purpose in life, you know stuff that we know deep down that we were put here to do, is sometimes larger than what we have going on in our relationship.
It was so much that was not said in this poem, so my curation is based on the words of the poem and the feelings conveyed to me as a reader. I thank you @symbiose for the words you expressed so courageously.

General Mentions for the Week.

Although the top 3 Picks for the week, for our Poetry Gallery were locked in, there was one masterpiece work of art that I could not stop thinking about. For one reason there is nothing like young love....

The Proposal (Rhyme), clearly expressed his feelings for this girl and I felt his love for her. Yet there were the little things that he said that paints a picture that life is not always easy therefore setting the tone for what I would call the background noise of life and in the center of it all, there love has grown.
