As I said in my last post I've got 2 main goals to get this project up and running. #1 Post 2-3 times a week. Well that starts with this post. It will be difficult though due to Covid-19 and all the disruptions it is causing. I'm just not able to get out and find wonderful stuff like I used to. My #2 goal is to start doing youtube videos and live streaming on Twitch. Twitch is likely going to have to wait while I focus on Youtube. To be honest I'm an introvert so that adds to the difficulty for me in doing videos and live streaming. I will do them though as I think it will help me and I really want to get this project of the ground. Goal #3 is to post more about the games I play. I play Splinterlands, Drug Wars, dCITY, Rising Star and Holybread. Thats 5 games and that can provide plenty of content, however, lots of people post about those games so finding the right mix of info to make my posts stand out won't be easy.
Picked up some $1 packs from Family Dollar and had some decent luck. Got a total of 4 packs, 3 Steam Siege and 1 Evolutions. The best pull was a Volcanion EX secret rare from a pack of Steam Siege, also pulled from Steam Siege was a Gardevoir EX.
Evolutions did give me a Nidoking holo rare which is a fairly nice card.
Had to make a trip to WALMART so I picked up a pack of 2019 Topps Gallery and a 2020 Topps Heritage hanger box. They were on clearance so I took a chance, luck was not with me that day. All but 2 of the Topps Gallery had damaged corners, luckily the two that were ok was Vlad Jr rookie card (shown) and a Shohei Ohtani. The Topps Heritage was a dud with the highlight being a Carlos Martinez short print.
