Gönderim ve oylama oranları sabitlendi

Günaydın arkadaşlar. Gönderim ve oylama oranlarını sabitledim.

Oylama oranı 2.5 kat olarak belirlendi. Ancak oylama yaparken küçük farklar gerçekleşebilir. Örneğin; 0.1 SBD'link bir gönderime 0.24-0.26 şeklinde oylar alabilirsiniz

Gönderimleri de sabitledim. Amaç hesaplama işlemlerine vakit çaldırmamak :) 0.1, 0.5 ve 1 SBD'lik üç farklı gönderim yapabilirsiniz. Lütfen gönderim yaparken bu üç seçenekten birini kullanın.
