Tasarımı, ülkenin en eski köprüsü olma niteliğine sahip yaklaşık olarak bin 400 yıl yaşındaki Zhaozhou Köprüsü’nün örnek alınarak yapılan bu köprü, Şanghay’da faaliyet göstermeye başladı. Üstelik bu köprü, hayata geçirilmesi ile beraber dünyanın 3 Boyu
tlu Köprüsü unvanına sahip oldu. Dünyanın ilk 3 boyutlu baskı teknolojisi kullanılarak inşa edilen köprüsü ise, 2017 yılında Hollanda’da inşa edilen ve bisikletlilerin kullanımına sunulan köprü olmuştu
