Gerekli malzemeler: Siyah üzüm,mısır unu,şeker ve su
Yapılışı: Üzümleri yıkadıktan sonra taneler haline getirip, tencereye atıyoruz. Sonrasında üzümleri eziyoruz.
Ezme işini bitirdikten sonra yaklaşık 10 dakika kadar ocakta kaynatıyoruz. Kaynama işlemi bittikten sonra soğuması için biraz bekliyoruz. Sonrasında ise üzüm tanelerini süzme işini yapmalıyız. 
Süzme işini hallettikten sonra gerektği kadar su ile mısır ununu ilave edin. Tekrardan yaklaşık 15 dakika kadar karıştırarak kaynatılması gerekiyor.
Muhallebi kıvamına gelene kadar kaynattıktan sonra son olarak şekerini de ilave ediyoruz. Şekeri sevmeyenler eklemesine gerek yok. Son olarak kaselere boşaltıyoruz. Soğuduktan sonrada afiyetle tadına bakıyoruz.
