Uzun zamandir patates puresi yapmamistim . Hatta tamamen unutmustum. Sagolsun kizim hatirlatti. " Anne patates puresi, anne patates puresi " diye diye aklima getirdi.
Evde kucuk patates olmayinca pazara gidip hem evin ihtiyaclarini gorduk, hemde kucuk patates aldik.
Eve gelir gelmez hemen patatesleri tencereye koydum. Patatesler haslanirken pazarliklarimi dolaba yerlestirmeye koyuldum.
Patatesleri duduklude pisirsem cabuk olurdu ama malesef duduklu tencerem sizlere omur😀
Gecen hafta duduklu tencere de mercimek corbasi yapmistim. Eski tip basit duduklulerdendi. Duduklu tencere de mercimek corbasi yapmak pek tavsiye edilmezmis sonra dan ogrendim. Tencere nerdeyse patlayacakmis icindeki mercimek heryere sacilmis ocagin altini kapattigim gibi mutfaktan ciktim . Tehlike gectikten sonra mercimegi baska tencereye alip heryeri temizledim.

Haslanmis patateslerimi soyup bir kaseye koydum.
Patateslerle birlikte tereyagi ,kasar peyniri ve tuzu, catal yardimi ile bir guzel ezdim.
Ezilmis patatesi servis tabagna dokup uzerini; yesil zeytin , siyah zeytin ve misir taneleri ile susledim.
Tekrar fırında pisirilemedigi icin gayet hafif oluyor. Uzerine kucuk tursu da olsa guzel olurdu koymamisim😀😀😀
