SONY XPERİA Z5 VE Z5 PREMIUM modellerinde telefonu açmak için power(Açma-Kapama) düğmesine bastığınız halde boş bir ekranla karşılaşabiliyorsunuz. Bununla ilgili SONY'nin önerdiği çözümler şu şekildedir;
1- Telefonun açılmaması probleminin bir çözümü telefonu zorla kapatmayı deneyin. Nano-SIM kart ve hafıza kartı yuvasının kapağını açın ve bir kalemin veya benzer büyüklükteki bir nesnenin ucunu kullanarak birkaç saniye için power(Açma-Kapama) düğmesine basılı tutun. Cihazınızın 3 defa titrediğini farkettikten sonra düğmeden parmağınızı çekin. Daha sonra telefonu açmaya çalışın ve problemin geçip geçmediğine bakın.
2- Eğer hala aynı problemi yaşamaya devam ediyorsanız 2 dakikalık restart (yeniden başlatma) ı deneyin. Bu işlem için power(Açma-Kapama) tuşuna 120 saniyeliğine basılı tutun. Bu süre içinde telefon titrerse bile dikkate almayın. Tuşu sadece 120 saniye dolunca bırakın. Cihazı şarja takın ve telefonda şarj letinin yandığını gördükten sonra tekrar cihazı açmayı deneyin ve problemin geçip geçmediğine bakın.
