Hi, I didn't knew Turkish. I had to translate to English to read your poem. It's really good. Here is the translation that google provided :
I am sick Is it day or night?
Ring time
Is my word syllable?

In the world of lies
Am I silent?
Among the hyenas
Lamb wax?

It resonates in my mind; ''
Life, a cause or a result? ''
I do not know believe
