Otomotiv sektöründe birçok anasanayi ,ürünlerini boyasızlaştırmaya başladı.Yöntem olarak hammalzemeye renk pigmentleri katılarak boyalıymış gibi kalıpta basılması sağlanıyor.Bu yöntem ile kısa vadede maliyet iyileştirmesi yapılıyor.Fakat uzun vadede ve kalitesel anlamda büyük problemler teşkil etmektedir.Boya prosesi astar+boya+vernik şeklinde olması gerekirken ve totalde 60 mikron üzeri kalınlık sağlanması gerekirken boyanın iptal edilmesi hem görsel hemde kalitesel problemlere yol açacaktır.Boya uygulaması mantık olarak estetik ve dayanım esaslıdır.Kimse aracının ayna kapağının soyulup alttaki hammalzemeyi görmek istemez.Tamponun renginin beyazdan sarıya dönmesini istemez.Hal böyle iken zaten kalitesiz olan birçok anasanayi ürününün daha da kötüleşip çıplak hali ile müşteriye sunulacak olması ve müşterinin de bunu kabul etmesi anasanayi ve alıcı için intihar girişimidir.Maliyet iyileştirmesi adı altında otomobilin kalitesizleştirilmesi kabul edilemez.Yeni teknoloji bak böyle daha iyi adı altında dandikleşen testlerden geçemeyen otomobiller istemiyoruz.
